At Shipt, we're always looking for ways to celebrate the accomplishments of drivers. Through our Driver Milestones program, we recognize and reward drivers for their hard work and commitment throughout their driver journey. If you're a first-time driver and you've completed your first route, you'll receive a one-time code from Shipt to use in the Shipt Shop! We know some partners, like Target, require safety vests for anyone in their sortation centers so be sure to check one out! Check below to see what rewards await you!
Driver Milestones
Drivers will receive a reward after reaching the following milestones:
- 50 Routes
- 100 Routes
- 300 Routes
- 500 Routes
- 1,000 Routes
For each milestone, drivers will receive a credit to use on the Shipt Shop via email.* The credit can be used on any driver-specific items and the value of the credit will increase with each milestone.
*Note: Drivers can expect to receive their milestone email at the email address associated with their driver account.

Driver Holiday Recognition
Qualifications
To qualify for the driver holiday recognition, you must deliver at least 1,000 packages by 11:59 p.m. local time on the last day of the qualifying period (10/29/23-12/30/23). Drivers who qualify will receive an email by 1/11/24 with more information on how to redeem their rewards codes and credits.
You can track your progress toward delivering 1,000 packages on the Payment history tab in the app. The number of orders listed for each week is equal to the number of packages you’ve delivered.
Rewards
Gas Discounts from Upside: Earn up to $0.75/gallon cash back on 2 fill-ups. You’ll receive an email with instructions on redeeming your Upside bonus. After activating, you’ll see a message that a bonus of $0.75/gallon cash back on 2 fill-ups has been applied to your account. In addition, you can receive up to $0.25/gallon cash back through Upside’s standard offers. The 2 fill-ups can be utilized for 60 days from the date you receive the rewards email.* For terms and conditions, click here.
Elite Membership from CarAdvise: Get access to the elite membership with CarAdvise and 50% off on oil changes from participating auto shops. Sign up using the email address associated with your driver account to claim the reward.** This reward will expire 60 days from the date you receive the rewards email. Shipt Credits: Shipt will award $50 in credits directly to your Shipt member account to be applied to personal orders, excluding alcohol. To receive the credit, you must have your free Shipt membership*** activated. You’ll see the credit in your Shipt app by Friday, 1/12/24, and it will expire on Tuesday, 3/12/24 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Shipt Shop Discount: Get 50% off one order from the Shipt Shop. This includes all items in the Shipt Shop, meaning you can apply your credit to everything from apparel to other premium accessories. Your discount can only be used once and will expire 60 days after the rewards email is sent. Refer to your email for your personal redemption code.
*Note: If you have an existing Upside account or have previously qualified for Upside rewards through the Shipt Summit Seeker Program as a shopper, you can still earn the holiday recognition Upside rewards. Once you receive the rewards email, click the link and your additional savings will be added to your account.
**Note: The Elite Membership from CarAdvise can only be redeemed once per period. If you’ve already qualified for an Elite CarAdvise membership through the Shipt Summit Seeker Program as a shopper, you will not be able to redeem this reward a second time as a driver.
